DONATION POLICY:
- All donations are made willingly. They are final and non-refundable.
- All transaction and personal information provided will be kept confidential.
- All donation cannot be canceled or refunded, so please be careful when using your Item Mall Points.
- All donations become a property of IROSE ONLINE - CODEZERO once it has been processed through our website and made through money remittances.
- Chargebacks through PayPal or any unauthorized donation will result in the blocking of all associated In-Game Account/s until the issue is resolved.
- Donation or Item Mall Points ownership does not entitle anyone to any kind of special privileges or special treatment. It does not exempt anybody from following our rules and regulations.
- Donation or Item Mall Points will not be reimbursed or restored due to player error. This includes, but are not limited to, bug exploitation, in-game theft, account sharing and account termination.
